Slab formwork is a critical system in concrete construction, designed to support and shape horizontal surfaces like floors and ceilings during the pouring and curing process. These systems provide a temporary framework that ensures a level surface, precise dimensions, and the structural integrity required for durable concrete slabs.

Slab formwork includes components such as panels, beams, props, and joists, which are engineered for strength and ease of assembly. Available in modular and custom designs, they adapt to varying project requirements, whether for residential, commercial, or industrial construction. Lightweight yet sturdy materials ensure efficient installation, reduced labor costs, and improved safety, making slab formwork a fundamental tool for high-quality concrete construction.

ALU FRAMES

ALU Frames are lightweight, durable and high capacity aluminum shoring frames. Aluminum has proven to withstand job site wear and tear, enabling a longer period of use. ALU Frames fulfill the optimum requirements for capacity, weight, durability and handling during construction.

MODUDECK

Our lightweight Modudeck system consists of the following main components. By using the system dropheads which are mounted onto the props, early striking can be utilized to move the panels and beams already to the next use on site, while the props are still fully engaged and supporting the slab.

HV SLAB

An HV (High Versatility) Slab Shoring System is a modular slab formwork and shoring system designed for fast, efficient construction of reinforced concrete slabs. It typically consists of the piece-by-piece installation of post shores with drop heads, aluminum primary beams, aluminum secondary perpendicular beams, and plywood sheets placed over them to form the soffit of the slab.

VANA-DECK

National VANA-DECK is a high-productivity aluminum panelized slab shoring/formwork system developed by National Forming Systems Inc. in Canada. It is an improved HV (High Versatility) slab-forming concept that eliminates secondary beams and loose plywood installation, using only three components: aluminum main beams, post shores with drop heads, and large plywood-faced deck panels.

A-FRAME Fly Forms

A-Frame Fly Form System is a type of concrete forming widely used for supporting cast-in-place concrete slabs in high-rise construction. The method of table relocation gives this concrete forming system the name A-Frame Fly Form System and the tables, A-Frame Fly Form Tables.
